Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on km88 ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. km88 ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify km88 ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
km88 ph may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using km88 ph, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on km88 ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made through supported local payment channels including e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), QR Ph transfers, and online banking via InstaPay or PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed through the relevant payment provider. km88 ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment channels registered to the account holder's verified identity. km88 ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud review. Funds deposited into your account are intended solely for use on the platform and will not accrue interest.
Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
km88 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age verification.
- Abusive behaviour directed at platform staff or other users.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to the account holder following completed verification, subject to deductions for outstanding obligations or fraud-related holds. km88 ph is not obligated to return funds to accounts closed due to Terms violations.
km88 ph may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute endorsement of those sites, and km88 ph accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines. km88 ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
